Fashion Friday {On vacation}

 This month has been nonstop traveling. I just got back from Alabama and California and now we are off to Florida for the weekend. I'm not sure I like back to back traveling. I think I plan on taking the whole month of December off.
On a side note I finished recording my EP and I will be revealing the release date soon. I'm so excited to have this collection of songs recorded and about to be turned over to the world. It's my heart and soul in these songs and I'm nervous but so excited to have created something special. I hope you guys feel the same way too! Stay tuned!

Have a great weekend!

Black Fashion Friday

Thanksgiving weekend is here and it's Black Friday. I have said it numerous times. I am not a black friday shopper. I love a good deal but I am not a big crowd person if I can help it. I am also not a big line person either. I would rather do my shopping online. Who knows what today holds for me but I am hoping it involves some reclining seats and some movie popcorn to see Fantastic Beasts.
I hope everyone's thanksgiving went amazing and  you guys are all recovering at home in bed. My long weekend is turning into a long flight back to California to finish recording my EP. I'm hoping this time will be better and we can get some stuff done. Prayers Please!

Fashion Friday {Oops I did it again}

A dress with jeans again? Yep! I did it again this is one of the best ways to transition some of your summer and spring dresses into fall and winter outfits. I simply tied my swing dress into a knot and voila! I love the contrast of the black and white with the camel color of the moto jacket. It makes for an easy on the go outfit. Perfect for you getting in some early holiday shopping. That's what I will be doing. I actually start in August. It's better than going broke at Christmas time. Also, on a side note Thanksgiving is next week already. There's also only 6 weeks left of 2018. I don't mean to stress you out or anything. Just keeping it real!
Happy Friday

Fashion Friday {Weekend getaway}

I am so happy to have my man home with me and we can have a little getaway for veterans day weekend. Headed off to my favorite place. While it's still hot and cold in Georgia it's pretty cold in Nashville. So we can pretend for a weekend that it's actually Fall. Where is your favorite place to visit?

Fashion Friday {Date Night}

This last weekend I had the best time downtown! I was finally lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. I've lived in Georgia for a couple years now and have never done the SCAD film festival even though I've always wanted to. I randomly saw on Facebook that they were going to be premiering the first episode of my favorite show WITH a q&a panel with the cast and creators. I just about jumped out of my skin and hoped that the tickets weren't outrageously priced. I waited at my computer for the tickets to go on sale. I counted down the minutes and kept refreshing the page. I was ecstatic to see they were only $15 a ticket and it was also when my husband would be home. I couldn't believe how awesome that was!

We got there a few hours before it started hoping to have a nice dinner downtown beforehand. However, people were already lining up to go in. So we had to settle for subway since it was across the street. We got a decent spot in line and talked with other Outlander fans the whole time. They had us line up on the opposite street from where they did the red carpet. I was obviously too excited to be thinking straight because I missed that opportunity. They finally ushered us in and I scored a few seats third row back from the stage. I had never been to the Lucas theater either and it was so gorgeous I definitely want to go back again. The opposite was amazing and I can't wait for the new season to start and the cast was so amazing in person and hilarious! I loved every minute of it. Especially with my handsome husband. We definitely came full circle from him starting this show and getting me into it. Then going to Scotland on our anniversary trip and going on the Outlander tour to seeing the premiere and the cast. It's been so awesome!
