12 days of Christmas Outfits : Day 5 {90's}

 Don't you love a transitional piece? I bought this romper this summer and it's so comfortable and cute. Easily transitional to winter, just layer it with a tee shirt, sweater, tights, and boots, done and done. Do you have a fun transitional piece?

{CopyCat Tuesday} Casual look

I love the idea of this look.
Mixing your warm weather clothes with your cold weather clothes. I would've loved to have this entire outfit. But since I don't I needed to take my own spin on things and work with what I got!

 Here's what I came up with.

{Fashion Friday} Leopards and Sweaters ..Oh my!

It's FRIDAY! This week needed to end. We just came back from vacation and I'm already needing the weekend. I much prefer it if the hubs didn't have to work and could be at home with me all the time. It's much more fun that way. I guess on the East coast. The schools give Little Miss a ton of week long breaks on top of Snow days. I feel like she's never in school and she only is in Preschool! This kid needs to have something to do besides being snowed in all the time. It's no fun to have to go late into June because of it too. I'm boycotting these silly breaks Massachusetts. Boycotting from right here in my cushy chair!
Here's my outfit since I'm cooped up in the house from all the stinking snow!

{Fashion Friday} Edgy-Casual

It's almost spring time and I've been cleaning out my closet. I've been getting rid of tons of clothes that I don't really wear anymore and it feels great! Maybe I'm just weird but I love not being wasteful. Even after I finish off a box of cereal or the milk and throw the container away. I get a smile on my face, because I used the entire thing. My closet is no different, or the basement. I don't like "excess" whatsoever. I feel like it's overwhelming to have too much stuff! Especially being in the military and you are constantly moving every few years. I can't keep carting around stuff that doesn't get used to each new house. So we've been going through the basement, throwing away tons of stuff, selling stuff, donating stuff. Pretty soon it will be a nice beautifully organized basement of only the necessities. So it's about time for that spring cleaning. Go through that old stuff you don't want anymore. Try to have a yard/garage sale go to consignment stores. Donate to the goodwill, salvation army or local organizations. If you do make any money put it on a jar and label it "Summer fun" lol that way you can do something fun, maybe with your family this year. It's time for some change...get rid of the clutter!

Have a good weekend everyone!
