Fashion Friday {Freedom}

I am so happy to announce that we are now debt free. We've been "kind of" following the Dave Ramsey method. No loans, no credit car debt. It's an awesome feeling. I really hope that we can stick to it. It takes a lot of determination and sacrifice to reach these kinds of goals. We have our next baby step goals planned to reach for the rest of the year. I highly recommend diving into this program. 

No one likes to be tied down by a mountain of debt. 

Now it's time save, travel, and live our lives a little bit more. I'm excited for the next chapter for us. 

We've got some more crazy adventures on the horizon.

 

Fashion Friday

I've been collecting a lot of books that I want to get through this summer. Are you into summer reading programs? I'm even contemplating suspending my cable for the summer. Save money and get a much needed break from the screen. Not sure how well that will go over because I am a tv junkie. But I love books!

It's November?! How is it that 2017 is almost over already. It's been such a crazy eventful year. I'm kinda excited to see what 2018 has to offer.

It's been such a long week. Between car issues, sick kids, working and taking care of the house. It's been nuts trying to keep up with everything. The beginning of the week was really exciting though. I finally signed a deal with a couple music producers that are going to take me to the next step in my music career. I'm just beyond excited to just be able to record my own music in a recording studio. My songs are like my babies they are an extension of me. I can't wait to share them with the all of you.

Fashion Friday

It's been such a whirlwind the last couple weeks. I'm finally home after a crazy week in Dallas and then a crazy week in Orlando. Then I finished it off with some laziness this last week until the hubby went back to work. Then I have to play catch up before I get more summer. I plan on blogging about all that next week because it's a lot of stuff to sift through for it. Lot of exciting things. 

In the mean time it's Friday and you know what that means. It's been so hot here that I can hardly stand being outside for too long. My makeup will just melt off my face, my hair gets poofy and frizzy. I'm seriously contemplating doing my pictures inside until the summer is over. I'm just thankful for air conditioning! How are you surviving the summer?

Coachella Dreams

Every year I get sucked into all the Coachella fashion. Every single year. I love it!! I love music so much too. You think it would be a no brainer to attend. I've always wanted to go to a music festival. I almost went to warped tour one year. I think I'm probably way too old for that. If its even still around I have no idea. I decided to have my own Coachella inspired outfit so I can turn up the heat, put some tunes on, close my eyes and dance around as if I was there. I paired my two favorite things fringe {Tobi.com}  and floral {shoppriceless.com}.. Because seriously you should see my closet. Way too much of both! What's your favorite Coachella look ?

Fashion Friday Festival Fashion

I pretty much love festival fashion all the time. Not just once a year for Coachella but year round. Maybe I'm a hippy at heart. I LOVE this romper from Forever 21. Love the color,  love the lace at the shoulders. Just a fun easy look for the spring/summer. I paired it with my belt, floppy hat, and lace up booties for a more rocker vibe.
