Fashion Friday

 I'm preparing to leave for California next week to finish up recording my EP! I'm so excited, stressed, running around all crazy. Basically the normal! So much work and planning went into this and it's a lot of puzzle pieces to maneuver! But I couldn't be more happy with how things turned out or are turning out! I'm just super anxious for it to be here already. 4 more days til I leave! Make sure you follow me on @ashleyreedmusic so you can see all the behind the scenes stuff. That's always super fun! Fashion Friday

It's been such a whirlwind the last couple weeks. I'm finally home after a crazy week in Dallas and then a crazy week in Orlando. Then I finished it off with some laziness this last week until the hubby went back to work. Then I have to play catch up before I get more summer. I plan on blogging about all that next week because it's a lot of stuff to sift through for it. Lot of exciting things. 

In the mean time it's Friday and you know what that means. It's been so hot here that I can hardly stand being outside for too long. My makeup will just melt off my face, my hair gets poofy and frizzy. I'm seriously contemplating doing my pictures inside until the summer is over. I'm just thankful for air conditioning! How are you surviving the summer?

CopyCat Tuesday

One of my favorite styles right now is the babydoll top. Or peplum depends on the brand I guess. It's one of the most comfortable tops I've ever worn. It's flattering probably on every body type including maternity. I wish I had some when I was pregnant. I probably would've lived in them all the time. I added the suede moto jacket for some texture and contrast. Love the neutral colors together. It's very earthy.
